To request artwork, please fill out the form. 
Try to describe in as much detail as possible what your request is. If you have a photograph as reference, please mention it and I will contact you about sending it. 
Don't forget to state what size you are interested in. Custom sizes up to a maximum of ??X?? are accepted.
